Balance Minimums

In order to open a new account you must deposit USD5,000 (or AUD equivalent, approx AUD7000).

Monthly Activity Fee Minimums

Sonray Global caters to serious traders and investors and requires its customers to spend a monthly activity fee minimum which may include commissions, market data fees, and other fees. Those customers spending less then the activity fee minimums (as stated below) in any given month will be charged the difference.
In addition to monthly fee minimums we pass through market data fees from the exchanges for any real-time market data service which a customer chooses to subscribe. Customers choosing to subscribe to US non-professional real-time market data will have the USD 10 (or equivalent) monthly fee waived if they spend $30 or more in activity fees for the month.

Examples:

• You use TWS and the API over the Internet, only subscribe to the US Non-pro bundle, and have generated USD 30 (or equivalent) in monthly commissions. There will be no activity monthly fee minimum charge because you have met the USD 10 (or equivalent) minimum requirement, and US non-pro market data fees are waived for monthly fees of USD 30 (or equivalent) or more.
• You use TWS and the API over the Internet, only subscribe to the US non-pro real-time market data bundle and have generated USD 15 (or equivalent) in commissions. You have met the monthly activity fee minimum charge requirement and will not be charged any additional fees. However, you will be charged $10 for the US non-pro real-time market data bundle because you have not met the USD 30 (or equivalent) minimum for this real-time data package.
• You use TWS and the API over the Internet, only subscribe to Hong Kong market data which is free, and have USD 3 (or equivalent) in monthly commissions. You will be charged USD 7 (or equivalent) to meet your monthly activity fee minimum requirement for the month.
